14-year-old at the center of "NRA T-Shirt Controversy" now facing possibility of 1 year in jail

In my opinion this is a violation of the boys 1st amendment rights. That resource officer should be fired and the judge reprimanded. what is the deal with everyone making up laws and banning whatever they feel like.
