Don't you just love how the main stream media loves to stir things up? In my opinion it's their stealthy goal to manipulate and control politics and politicians. Sound bites, video editing, mis quoting all in hopes that the viewer is apathetic enough to take there word for it and not do the real research to find the truth. For example,the only way the Tea Party has any so called credibility is because the mainstream news keeps them in the forefront of the news daily. They have made them "a force to be record with", what a crock, it's all smoke and mirrors. No doubt that the news media does have some heavy duty influence. Their power is expansive and they know how to use it.
For example, Fox news for instance has admittedly gave 1000,000 dollars to the Republican party and report the news with a slant toward the right, and MSNBC, toward the left. So far and balanced is virtually nonresistant. As far as I know the Constitution protects the freedom of the press and that's ok with me.
